Underground swimming!

This sinkhole in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula was created about 65 million years ago when an asteroid hit the Earth. That same asteroid is thought to have contributed to the extinction of the dinosaurs. The asteroid was able to create this sink hole and the thousands of others like it in the Yucatan Peninsula because of the type of rock in this section of Mexico — it is limestone, which is known as being soft for a rock.


Oh yeah, and my camera can take pictures and video underwater!
